Buyer
  • Manages inventory levels and ensures timely procurement of raw materials, manufactured, and purchased parts.
  • Establishes supply sources and negotiates with suppliers to obtain the best pricing possible.
  • Responsible for physical inventory.
  • Maintains inventory levels based on orders, forecasts, and lead times.
  • Approves purchase requisitions and all vendor invoices.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of previous procurement experience
  • Ability to be cross trained in other areas.
Continuous Improvement Engineer
  • Identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement activities.
  • Leads Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, and root cause analysis
  • Act as a positive change agent for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Coaches and mentors employees through CI events
  • Implements metrics to monitor progress
  • Self-starter
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous CI experience in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership skills.
Truck Driver
  • CDL Class A Driver’s License
  • No weekends
  • Hourly plus overtime
  • 3 years commercial driving experience
  • Ability to lifts up to 75 lbs.
  • $2500 sign on bonus
  • Delivery of products to dealers and job sites
  • One week in the western or southern US and one week more local with 1-2 nights overnight
Finished Door/Front Inspector
  • Inspects product for flaws
  • Operates drills, saws, sanders, routers
  • Prepares doors for the next dept.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Sander
  • Sands cabinet parts
  • Buffs out flaws in cabinet parts
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Cabinet Frame Assembler
  • Inspects framing parts for defects
  • Sands or replaces any parts with defects
  • Operates framing tables, counter boring machines, saws, routers, and shapers to build frames
  • Responsible for packaging, labeling and documentation of all outgoing cabinets
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Specialty Assembler
  • Attaches fronts to drawer boxes
  • Installs tracks into cabinets
  • parts and pieces into cabinets
  • Installs drawer tracks
  • Attaches doors to cabinets
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Showroom Consultant
  • Assists customers and vendors with cabinet, countertop and sink purchases
  • Answers phone calls
  • Upkeep of displays and samples
  • Ensure the showroom is neat, clean, and organized
  • Complete/edit sales orders
  • Experience with Word, Excel, email and social media necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience a plus
Panel Saw Operator
  • Operate and maintain a panel saw
  • Ability to learn to drive a forklift safely
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Inspect parts for defects
Spray Room Applicator
  • Spraying sealers on product
  • Sanding
  • Troubleshoot spraying problems
  • Minor repair skills on spray equipment
